Project SAG - Smash and Grab
Nick wanted to do a SAG, he had a donor cabinet and a loom, I had a reel deck and he managed to get a set of glasses and a rom card. There was a lot of cabinet work to do as the donor was in poor shape. Nick also had to get new decals made for the £3 Jackpot and buttons. It was a lengthy and tiring build, but it came out very well in the end.
You may be wondering why there are two machines in the final photographs. The one on the left is my SAG which was on long term loan at the time to aid with the build.
Nick is a perfectionist and this is as good a build as you could possibly do. The overall finish is excellent and well beyond the scope of anything I could achieve. This one is a true labour of love.
